Competitive Pay
Our average successful agents' first-year salary is $60K-$100K. You'll write your paycheck every Friday based on performance with unlimited potential, including bonuses and rewards. Your income is directly tied to your effort and success, providing you with the opportunity to achieve your financial goals. In addition to your compensation, you will earn bonuses for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Lifetime Renewals
We offer lifetime vesting contracts with renewals paid every month for the life of the policy. This means that you will have a pension after you leave the company, which will be based on all the policies you have written during your tenure. Your Responsibilities
Assist Veterans: Conduct virtual meetings through Zoom to help veterans find a plan that covers their final expenses, explain their no-cost benefits, and provide top-tier support. You'll be the first point of contact for veterans seeking assistance, and your role will involve guiding them through the process of accessing their burial benefits.
Explain Benefit Options: Actively offer and explain benefit options to veterans, helping them select the best plan to ensure their family won't have to pay for their final expenses. Your sales expertise will be essential in presenting the benefits available to veterans and ensuring they understand why this program is set up to make sure veterans are honored properly.
Build Relationships: Deliver empathetic, clear, and friendly service to establish lasting connections. Building trust and rapport with veterans is key to providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction.
